I’m Amanda — the herbalist and heart behind Sacred Essentials.
This Apothecary bloomed from a deep reverence for the plants and the sacred connection between nature and the human spirit. Every creation is handcrafted in small batches with care, using whole herbs, traditional methods, and intentional energy.
My path into herbalism began as a personal healing journey and slowly became a devotional practice — one rooted in remembrance, reclamation, and ancestral wisdom. I believe in the magic of slowness, the wisdom of the earth, and the power of ritual to transform the everyday into something sacred.
Based in Loxahatchee, Florida, I’ve been offering my herbal creations face-to-face since late 2023. You’ll often find me at local farmers markets, connecting with people of all backgrounds — women and men alike — who are seeking to return to pure, earth-based ingredients and intentional self-care.
